The challenge
A visitor should not need an account just to pay an attendance fee
Networking groups often know who is visiting before the meeting, but collecting an attendance charge through a separate bank transfer or card link breaks the connection with the visitor record.
The organiser then has to match the payment to the visitor and event by hand.
How MyNetworx approaches it
An account-free payment journey
An authorised administrator can add, change or remove an optional fee for a specific event visit. MyNetworx emails the visitor a secure link showing the payment description and amount.
Stripe Checkout processes the payment on the organisation’s connected account. MyNetworx then updates the request and keeps the available invoice with the payment record.

Common questions
Questions about this feature
Does the visitor need to create a MyNetworx account?
No. The emailed payment link is designed to work without signing in or registering.
Where is the payment collected?
The payment is processed through the networking organisation’s connected Stripe account.
Is this the same as a public event ticket?
No. Visitor payments apply to a visitor already recorded for an internal group event. Public events have their own listing, ticket selection, checkout and QR-ticket journey.
