Effective date: 19 September 2026.
These terms form an agreement between Code4 Digital Ltd, trading under the brand name MyNetworx (“we”, “us” or “MyNetworx”), and the organisation that creates or pays for a MyNetworx organisation account (“Customer”). People permitted to use that account are “Authorised Users”.
If you create an organisation account, start a subscription or use MyNetworx on behalf of a Customer, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that Customer. Each Authorised User must also comply with the parts of these terms that apply to their use.
1. About MyNetworx
MyNetworx is a web and mobile service for business networking organisations. It provides tools for managing organisations, groups, members, events, visitors, referrals, one-to-one meetings, digital business cards, shared resources and related activity.
MyNetworx supports the Customer’s networking activity. It does not guarantee introductions, referrals, attendance, sales or any other business outcome.
2. The right to use the service
During an active trial or subscription, we grant the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to allow its Authorised Users to access and use MyNetworx for the Customer’s internal business-networking purposes.
The Customer may not sell, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer or commercially exploit MyNetworx, except where applicable law does not permit that restriction. No ownership rights in the service or its software are transferred to the Customer.
3. Accounts and administrators
- Account information must be accurate and kept current.
- Login details must be kept confidential and must not be shared between people.
- The Customer is responsible for selecting its organisation and group administrators and for the actions they take within the permissions given to them.
- The Customer must promptly remove or amend access when an Authorised User no longer requires it.
- The Customer must tell us promptly if it reasonably believes an account has been accessed without permission.
4. Acceptable use
The Customer and its Authorised Users must use MyNetworx lawfully and respectfully. They must not:
- upload or share content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory or infringes another person’s rights;
- send unsolicited communications or use personal information without an appropriate lawful basis;
- introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe the service for vulnerabilities or interfere with its operation;
- circumvent account, subscription or usage limits;
- use automated means to extract substantial amounts of information from the service without our written permission; or
- use MyNetworx to provide a competing hosted service or to recreate a material part of the product.
5. Customer content
The Customer and its users retain ownership of information and material they submit to MyNetworx (“Customer Content”). They give us the limited rights needed to host, copy, transmit, display and otherwise process Customer Content to provide, maintain and support the service.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Content and for ensuring that it has the necessary permissions to add information about members, visitors, referrals and other people. Users should add only information that is relevant and appropriate for the networking activity concerned.
Information intentionally added to a public member profile may be viewed without signing in. The relevant user is responsible for reviewing which details they choose to publish.
6. Privacy and data protection
Each party must comply with the data-protection laws that apply to it. Information about how Code4 Digital Ltd uses personal information for its own purposes is available in our privacy policy.
Where we process personal information on the Customer’s documented instructions, any data-processing terms agreed between the parties also apply. If a Customer requires a separate data-processing agreement, it should contact us before adding personal information to the service.
7. Trials
We may offer a free trial for the period shown during sign-up. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, a trial connected to a payment method may continue as a paid subscription at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout.
We may limit trial eligibility or withdraw a trial offer where it has been misused. Any limits specific to a trial will be shown when the Customer signs up.
8. Subscription charges and billing
Subscription charges are shown on the pricing page and during checkout. A separate written quotation or order agreed with the Customer takes precedence over the public pricing page.
User licences apply at organisation level. One person may belong to several groups within the same MyNetworx organisation and still count as one organisation user.
Usage-based charges for a billing period use the highest number of organisation users and networking groups recorded during that period. Reducing usage later in the same period does not reduce the peak already recorded for that period. Usage is measured again when the next billing period begins.
The Customer authorises our payment provider to collect charges using its selected payment method. The Customer must keep its billing and payment information current. We may retry a failed payment and may restrict or suspend a subscription that remains unpaid after reasonable notice.
9. Renewal, price changes and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew for successive billing periods until cancelled. The Customer can manage its payment method, invoices and cancellation through the available billing portal.
A cancellation takes effect at the time shown in the billing portal or cancellation confirmation. Charges already incurred remain payable. Except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise, payments for a started billing period are not refundable.
We may change subscription prices by giving reasonable advance notice. A price change will apply from a later renewal date stated in that notice. If the Customer does not accept the change, it may cancel before the new price takes effect.
10. Service availability and changes
We will provide MyNetworx with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise that the service will always be available or completely free from errors. Maintenance, security work, third-party failures and events outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect access.
We may update or change the service to improve it, maintain security, comply with law or reflect reasonable product development. We will not deliberately remove a material paid capability without reasonable notice unless an urgent legal or security issue requires faster action.
11. Third-party services
MyNetworx may link to or depend on services supplied by others, including app stores, payment services and external websites. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when the Customer or an Authorised User uses them. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
12. Our intellectual property
MyNetworx, its software, design, branding, documentation and all related intellectual-property rights belong to Code4 Digital Ltd or its licensors. Feedback may be used to improve the service without creating an obligation to the person providing it, but we will not identify that person publicly without permission.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, unlawful use, a material security risk or a legal requirement. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy a breach.
The Customer may stop using the service and cancel its subscription in accordance with section 9. Rights and payment obligations that arose before termination continue to apply.
14. What happens when access ends
When a trial or subscription ends, the Customer and its Authorised Users may lose access to the relevant organisation and its Customer Content. The Customer should obtain any information it needs before access ends.
We may retain or delete information after termination in accordance with our privacy obligations, legitimate business needs and legal requirements. Ending the subscription does not require us to retain Customer Content indefinitely.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings or goodwill. The Customer remains responsible for its networking, membership and business decisions and for keeping any separate records it is legally required to maintain.
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of £100 and the subscription fees paid by the Customer during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
If the Customer is legally treated as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply to it.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law or our business. We will give reasonable notice of a material change, normally through the service or by email. The updated terms will state their effective date. If the Customer does not agree to a material change, it may stop using the service and cancel before that change takes effect.
17. General terms
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control. The Customer may not transfer this agreement without our written consent. We may transfer it as part of a genuine restructuring, financing or sale of our business, provided that this does not materially reduce the Customer’s rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. No person other than the Customer and Code4 Digital Ltd has a right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
These terms, together with any applicable order, quotation and data-processing terms, form the agreement about the service. If documents conflict, a separately signed written agreement takes priority, followed by the applicable order or quotation, then these terms.
18. Governing law and contact details
These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a consumer.
MyNetworx is a brand name of Code4 Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17036116. Our registered office is 15 Old Chatham Road, Blue Bell Hill, Aylesford, England, ME20 7EZ.
