The challenge
Different member charges quickly become difficult to reconcile
An organisation may collect an annual membership fee while individual groups have their own recurring charges. Paid member events add another set of payments and invoices to follow.
Separate spreadsheets and payment links make it harder to see who was charged, which group the payment relates to and whether a refund has been completed.
How MyNetworx approaches it
Connect the organisation’s Stripe account
Organisation administrators define fees, assign them to the relevant members and keep each group subscription associated with that group. Payments are collected by the connected organisation account rather than the MyNetworx platform account.
Administrators can review member invoices, record qualifying offline payments and issue supported Stripe refunds. Members retain access to their available invoices and payment history.

Common questions
Questions about this feature
Does MyNetworx receive the organisation’s member payments?
The customer payment is made on the organisation’s connected Stripe account. Stripe deducts its processing charge and MyNetworx collects the configured platform fee.
Can different groups have different fees?
Yes. Group fees are configured and assigned in the context of the relevant group, and each group is kept in its own member subscription.
What refund options are available?
For eligible Stripe payments, an authorised organisation administrator can return the full remaining amount, the amount after the original Stripe and MyNetworx fees, or a custom amount up to the remaining balance. Stripe creates a separate credit note linked to the refund.
What happens with a payment recorded as paid manually?
MyNetworx can record a manual refund, but the administrator must return the money using the offline method through which it was received.
