Organisation-level licences

Count people once across the organisation

An organisation user is one person with access to MyNetworx. Their licence follows them across every group they join within that organisation.

Predictable usage-based billing

How monthly billing works

Each invoice uses the highest number of organisation users recorded during that billing period. This means additions during the month are included in the next renewal without separate mid-period invoices.

  1. 1
    Your billing period begins

The period follows your organisation’s own renewal dates.

  2. 2
    Usage is recorded

MyNetworx records the number of unique organisation users during the period.

  3. 3
The peak count sets the invoice

Your renewal uses the highest user count reached during that period.

  4. 4
    A new period starts

Usage is measured again for the next billing period.

Example

15 August to 15 September

The organisation starts with 38 users, grows to 45 users, then finishes the period with 42 users.

The 15 September invoice uses 45 users because that was the highest count during the period. The next billing period then begins.

Networking groups follow the same billing-period approach. Where the plan charges for additional groups, the renewal calculation uses the highest number of groups active during the period.

Pricing questions

Frequently asked questions

Is a user charged separately for every group they join?

No. A user licence applies across the organisation. A member can belong to several groups in the same organisation and still counts as one organisation user.

What happens if I add users part way through a billing period?

The new users contribute to your organisation’s usage for that period. Your renewal invoice is based on the highest number of unique organisation users reached during the complete billing period.

What happens if I remove a user?

Removing a user reduces your usage going forward. The current billing period still uses the highest user count already reached during that period; the following period begins measuring usage again.

Can my organisation have multiple groups?

Yes. An organisation can contain multiple networking groups, and members can participate in more than one of them. The calculator shows organisation users and networking groups separately.

When am I charged?

Billing occurs at the end of your organisation’s billing period. The renewal quantity is prepared from the peak user and group usage recorded during that period.
