Referral guide

How to view your referrals

Find referrals you have given or received, review the selected period and follow the progress of active opportunities.

The Referrals area is organised by group. Members see the records relevant to them, while group administrators have the broader group view needed for oversight.

Summaries use the selected month, year or all-time period, so check the period before drawing conclusions from the totals.

Review referral activity

  1. Open your group

Choose the group whose referrals you want to review.

  2. Open Referrals

The list shows referral records and their current status.

  3. Choose the period

Switch between month, year and all time. Available months and years are based on the group’s recorded referrals.

  4. Search or open a referral

Use search where available, then open a record to review the description, recipient and status history.

  5. Update work you received

If you are the recipient, update the status as follow-up progresses. Group administrators can also maintain referral status.
