Martin Kingman is the founder and CEO of Pro Legal Group, a group of businesses based in Sittingbourne, Kent, that supports small and medium sized companies with legal services, debt recovery, compliance, HR, IT, accounting and training. He is a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx, FCICM) and has spent twenty five years as a commercial litigator, with an earlier five years working in house at a construction firm, where he looked after HR alongside a range of other responsibilities.

At Professional Litigation Company Limited, the group's SRA regulated litigation practice, Martin serves as COFA and MLRO. He built the group on a simple idea: businesses deserve practical, commercially sensible advice from people who understand how they actually operate.

Outside the office, Martin has around twenty years of experience as a charity trustee.
